PETA Urgently Seeks Adopters, Fosters for 10 Dogs Rescued From Chains and Pens

PETA and the Twin County Humane Society have successfully completed a weeklong relief effort in Galax, Virginia, spaying, neutering, and providing medical care for over 250 dogs and cats. Additionally, dozens of "backyard dogs" received new doghouses, flea and tick medication, toys, and more, thanks to fieldworkers and local support. Of the lucky 10 dogs who found homes indoors, Ursa, Sunny, Pitzi, Baylor, Lexi, Levi, Rachelle, Bee, Missy, and Boopsie are all available for adoption in Norfolk, Virginia.

These dogs have been rescued from neglectful situations and are now seeking loving families to provide them with a safe and comfortable home. Each dog will come spayed or neutered, microchipped, dewormed, and fully vaccinated, with a required adoption fee of $150.
