Pinky Cole Hayes Teams Up with Pepsi to Uncover the Nation’s Best Black-Owned Restaurants

Pepsi Dig In has launched their Restaurant Royalty program, in partnership with Pinky Cole Hayes of Slutty Vegan, to recognize and support Black-owned restaurants across the nation. Diners can nominate their favorite eateries until June 30, with the chance to win prizes such as culinary experiences and travel certificates. The winning restaurant will also have the opportunity to participate in a residency in Las Vegas, mentored by Pinky Cole Hayes herself, to help overcome barriers faced by Black restaurateurs.

This initiative aims to amplify Black-owned restaurants by providing them with business resources and promotion. The top five nominated restaurants will receive support such as point-of-sale hardware, digital tools, media credits, and promotion from Pepsi Dig In and EatOkra.
