Pinky Cole’s Book Tour Is Coming to Los Angeles Next Week

Pinky Cole, the founder of the popular Slutty Vegan restaurant chain, is currently on a national book tour to promote her new book, Eat Plants, B*tch. The tour will be stopping at The Regent Theatre in Downtown Los Angeles on Monday, November 21. The book contains over 90 plant-powered recipes, many of which are inspired by Cole's Jamaican heritage and are designed to be accessible to all.

The Pinky Cole Experience Tour features celebrity moderators, executive chefs, DJs, and Slutty Vegan food trucks at each stop. The Los Angeles event will be moderated by rapper MC Lyte and will include a surprise celebrity guest. Tickets are available for $35, and the event starts at 6pm. Cole's successful restaurant chain recently expanded nationwide, and her foundation continues to support entrepreneurship education and financial resources for Black communities.
