Pizza Hut Launches Vegan Pepperoni Across the UK

Pizza Hut in the UK has collaborated with Beyond Meat to introduce a new plant-based pepperoni topping on their pizzas, catering to meat lovers, flexitarians, vegetarians, and vegans. Branded as Beyond Pepperoni, this innovative topping promises to replicate the taste, texture, and flavor profile of traditional meat toppings, offering a mouthwatering experience. The Beyond Pepperoni range includes options such as the Big New Yorker Pizza, Beyond Pepperoni Feast Pizza, and Beyond Pepperoni Melt, all designed to appeal to a diverse range of consumers.

With 80% of Gen Z expressing interest in trying a plant-based version of pepperoni, this collaboration aims to redefine the pizza experience for a new generation of consumers. The Beyond Pepperoni menu offers options like the Big New Yorker pizza, featuring plant-based Beyond Pepperoni and cheese, as well as the Beyond Pepperoni Feast and Beyond Pepperoni Melt pizzas. These new offerings are available for delivery across the UK and will also be launched at all dine-in Pizza Hut restaurants in January 2024, for a limited time.
