With this acquisition, Planethic aims to optimize costs, secure technological know-how, and consolidate the design, production, and sales of machines that 2D print food and beverages. The purchase of IP Innovation Partners Technology will enhance the expertise of Planethic's subsidiary, Mililk Food Tech GmbH, known for its 2D-printed milk alternatives.

In addition to acquiring IP Innovation Partners Technology, Planethic has also recently acquired Suplabs GmbH, a company focused on innovative nutritional supplements. This acquisition aligns with Planethic's strategic focus on functional foods and innovative nutritional products, while expanding its expertise in the direct-to-consumer and e-commerce business. The company's rebranding as Planethic Group AG signifies its shift towards being a technology investment holding company focused on innovative food concepts.
