Planethic Group AG has secured a 60 million-litre supply commitment from Jindilli Beverages Inc. for the upcoming launch of its Mililk plant-based beverage production facility in the United States. Under the agreement, Jindilli Beverages will purchase a minimum of 10 million liters of plant-based milk products in the first year, increasing to 50 million liters in the second year. The initial focus will be on oat and almond milk, with soy milk to follow after development work is complete.

This updated agreement builds on the framework arrangement signed in May 2025 and paves the way for further supply volumes and a long-term procurement agreement once initial targets are met. Planethic stated that these volume commitments are necessary for establishing its first US production site, expected to be operational within three to four months in the Midwest. The specific location of the facility has not been disclosed at this time.
