Plant-Based Brand Vivera Launches Pre-Frozen Tofu

Plant-based brand Vivera has launched a new pre-frozen tofu product in response to the increasing consumer demand for nutritious and easy-to-prepare meals. The firm tofu is quick-marinating and has been pre-frozen to improve texture and flavor absorption. It is now available in the UK at Asda and online at Ocado.

In addition to the pre-frozen tofu, Vivera has introduced a range of new tofu products in the Netherlands, including soft and smoked tofu, as well as Tofusion bites that combine tofu, veggies, and spices.
