Plant-Based Milk Brand Mighty Acquired From Administration by The Mighty Kitchen

Cyprus-based company The Mighty Kitchen has acquired British plant-based milk producer Mighty Drinks, along with some stock, after the latter entered administration due to financial difficulties. The acquisition will ensure the continuation of the well-regarded brand in the plant-based sector, with plans to potentially expand overseas. Three employees will assist in the transition and be retained by The Mighty Kitchen for a short period of time.

Mighty Drinks specializes in oat and pea-based milk alternatives and its products are available in major UK supermarkets and health food stores. The Mighty Kitchen, known for its plant-based meat products inspired by the south-eastern Mediterranean and Middle Eastern cuisine, sees the acquisition as an exciting opportunity to enhance their product offerings with the addition of a well-crafted brand. The administrators will work towards selling the remaining assets of Mighty Drinks and winding up the administration process.
