Plant-Based Restaurant Nic’s On Beverly to Be Featured on ‘Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives’ Friday

Guy Fieri's Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives will feature Nic's On Beverly, a plant-based restaurant in Los Angeles, on Friday, December 8. This marks the first time a vegan spot will be showcased on the show this season. Nic Adler, the restaurant owner, will be cooking two recipes during the episode: Vegan Lamb Bolognese featuring Black Sheep Foods’ vegan lamb and a Lion’s Mane Asada Detroit-Style Pizza.

Despite being known for promoting meat, Fieri has a plant-based side influenced by his late sister, who adopted a vegetarian diet while battling cancer. This episode is just one of many instances where Fieri has highlighted vegan and vegan-friendly restaurants on his show.
