Since its launch in late 2021, Plant Sifu has expanded its presence in various foodservice locations in Hong Kong, including partnerships with Chinese restaurants, fast-food chains, and meal delivery services. The brand's partnership with Cathay Pacific includes offering plant-based pork dishes on select long-haul flights, as part of the airline's commitment to achieving carbon neutrality and battling climate change. Plant Sifu's products are free from MSG, preservatives, refined sugar, and genetic modification, and use a fat technology to mimic the texture of fatty pork. The brand aims to offer sustainable and healthier alternatives to meat products, with a focus on Asian diets and cooking applications.
