Planteneers Expands its Plant-Based Portfolio with New High-Protein Concepts

Planteneers, a producer of custom system solutions for plant-based alternatives, has introduced three new plant-based concepts focusing on indulgent protein-rich snacks and meal-replacement beverages. The high-protein drink from the fiildDairy NEB series combines plant-based fiber with proteins from fava beans and peas, offering a six percent protein content without added sugar and naturally lactose-free. This system can be combined with a micronutrient premix from sister company SternVitamin to create balanced meal-replacement beverages meeting 20 percent of daily intake and 25 percent of daily micronutrient requirements.

In addition, Planteneers offers functional systems for plant-based pudding that come in traditional versions using oats, coconut, or soy as well as high-protein versions with a ten percent protein content. The products offer creamy textures and authentic flavors like chocolate, hazelnut, cookies, and salted caramel, catering to the growing demand for indulgent, premium plant-based options. This expansion of Planteneers' plant-based portfolio aims to tap into the current market trend towards healthier indulgence, offering manufacturers new opportunities for growth in the plant-based market.
