PoLoPo Expands Lab Capacity, Completes Successful Outdoor Field Trial of Protein-Producing Potatoes

PoLoPo, a molecular farming company, has successfully completed a field trial producing five tons of protein-rich potatoes. These potatoes are genetically engineered to contain ovalbumin and patatin, resulting in a non-GMO protein powder. The company has also expanded its lab capabilities to meet the growing demand for protein samples, with plans to replant crops year-round and test their viability under different conditions.
