The investment total for these projects is $1.3 million, with Protein Industries Canada contributing $615,000 and the companies themselves providing the remainder of the funds. Companies such as Earth's Own Foods, Oat & Mill, Cedar Valley Selections, Plant Up, and Prairie Goodness Snacks are involved in the projects, shifting to Canadian ingredients in their food products.
