The ProVeg Incubator is hosting Demo Day for its 13th cohort of startups on September 18, 2025, featuring 10 innovative companies specializing in plant-based and fermentation-powered food technologies. Attendees can expect live pitches from startups like Updairy, Profillet, and Mindful FÜD, showcasing alternative proteins, dairy substitutes, and plant-based fats. Other startups, such as Freundeskreis and MycoVibes Biotech, are creating plant-based cheese alternatives and biomass-fermented mycoproteins for meat substitutes.

The event also includes companies like KaYama Foods and Brew Bites, developing plant-based fat ingredients and upcycled plant-based protein chunks.
