Pure Vegan Cafe Opens Second Location in Raleigh, North Carolina

Pure Vegan Cafe, formerly known as Pure Juicery Bar, has opened its second location in Raleigh, North Carolina. Known for its fresh juices and acai bowls, the cafe is currently in its soft opening phase, offering limited food options alongside juices and smoothies. The full cafe menu is set to debut on September 23 during the grand opening event.

The menu at the new Raleigh location will mirror the offerings at the original Cary location, featuring cold-pressed juices, smoothies, and a variety of vegan cafe food options. Highlights include gluten-free waffles, chipotle chick’n sandwiches, loaded Buffalo ranch fries, and the popular pink bowl made with pitaya. The cafe also offers a kids’ menu and a range of breakfast sandwiches, with plenty of gluten-free options available. Located at 8369 Creedmoor Road, Raleigh, the cafe will be open seven days a week from 9am-7pm, with a special menu and 15% off for all guests during the grand opening.
