RAKKAN Ramen Launches Three New Vegan Menu Items

RAKKAN Ramen is introducing three new vegan menu items nationwide, including a limited special truffle ramen and two non-ramen dishes. The Creamy Truffle Vegan Ramen features vegetable broth, a creamy sauce, black truffle oil, garlic sautéed mushrooms, and fried broccolini, creating a luxurious and earthy dish. The other new dishes include Steamed Vegan Gyoza and Bean Sprouts Salad, providing customers with additional vegan options to choose from.

RAKKAN Ramen already offers a variety of vegan options on their menu, such as the Spicy Garnet Vegan Ramen bowl and stuffed bao buns. The newly added vegan dishes have been available in Los Angeles since December 2022 and are now being rolled out nationwide. With 10 locations across the US and more in development, customers can enjoy these healthy and delicious vegan options at RAKKAN Ramen.
