Remilk and Gad Dairies Launch “The New Milk” Made with Dairy-Identical Proteins

Remilk, an Israeli company specializing in producing dairy-identical proteins without cows, has launched "The New Milk" in partnership with Gad Dairies, a leading Israeli dairy brand. This new product, created using a unique fermentation process, mirrors the taste, texture, and nutritional benefits of traditional cow's milk. Available in select cafés and restaurants in Israel, it offers three variations – Barista Milk for food services, plain milk, and vanilla-flavored milk – all lactose-free, cholesterol-free, fortified with vitamins and calcium, and containing 75% less sugar than conventional milk. Additionally, they are kosher-pareve, meeting kosher dietary laws.

This collaboration represents a historic moment for both companies and Israel's dairy industry, as it combines premium quality, sustainability, and industrial innovation without compromising taste. Remilk's patented technology, developed over five years with a significant investment, allows for the creation of real dairy proteins without the use of animals, resulting in a product that replicates all the qualities of cow's milk.
