The event will focus on engaging farmers and agricultural technology companies in transitioning to cell-based production, covering topics such as new business models, scaling up requirements, and regulatory frameworks for implementation.

The Province of Zuid-Holland is using the symposium to position itself as a European hub for cellular agriculture. By addressing issues such as infrastructure development, strategic partnerships, and regional involvement in shaping the sector's future, South Holland hopes to lead the way in advancing cellular agriculture in Europe. RespectFarms plans to make the Cell Farmers Symposium an annual platform where agritech and cellular cultivation intersect, with the inaugural edition taking place from 12:30 to 17:00 local time and registration available via the official form.
