Rochester, New York Gets a New Vegan Bakery

Hollycake House, a popular vegan and allergy-friendly bakery, recently opened its first brick-and-mortar location in East Rochester, New York on November 1. Originally starting as a delivery service in 2020, Hollycake House is now a fully vegan cafe and bakery offering a variety of baked goods, specialty coffee, breakfast, and lunch options.

Located near Edmund Lyon Park, the cafe offers a menu that includes items such as slutty brownies, pumpkin scones, avocado toast, paninis, sandwiches, and a build-your-own salad bar. Customers can also place catering orders for custom cakes and a dozen cupcakes. The cafe is open Monday through Friday from 8am-3pm, with breakfast served from 8-10:30am and lunch from 11am-2pm.
