Rosewood Hotels & Resorts has partnered with Lever Foundation to expand plant-based menu options and adjust sourcing at its Bangkok and Phuket properties in Thailand. The collaboration includes training staff on ingredient sourcing and preparation, with a focus on presenting plant-based dishes to guests. The luxury hospitality group is committed to broader sustainable sourcing policies across all its properties in the future, aligning with its Partners in Provenance initiative to support local farmers and reduce transport emissions.

At Rosewood Bangkok and Rosewood Phuket, new plant-based dishes are being introduced at the Thai restaurants to cater to evolving guest values. Lever Foundation, a US-based charity focusing on sustainable food systems in Asia, has also worked with other hospitality groups in the region to promote plant-based dining policies and responsible sourcing practices.
