Salt & Straw’s ‘Dairy-Free Decadence Series’ Returns This January with 5 Limited-Time Vegan Ice Cream Flavors

Salt & Straw is bringing back its Dairy-Free Decadence Series in January, offering five limited-time vegan ice cream flavors. The exclusive lineup will be available in scoop shops and online for nationwide shipping all month long. Co-founder Tyler Malek has been crafting imaginative vegan ice cream, with over 20% of the menu now featuring dairy-free options like Freckled Mint Chocolate Chip and Peanut Butter Brittle Caramel Fudge.

The limited-time lineup includes two new flavors this year, showcasing Salt & Straw's commitment to indulgent treats inspired by classic American desserts. Flavors include Death by Chocolate Chocolate Cake, Marionberry Oatmeal Cobbler, Toasted Oat Milk & Cookies, Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting, and Bananas Foster with Candied Pecans. Additionally, starting in February, Salt & Straw will reintroduce its Strawberry Coconut Water Sherbet to all shops.
