San and Wolves Bakeshop to Open Brick-and-Mortar Early 2024

San & Wolves Bakeshop, known for offering 100% vegan Filipino cuisine, will be opening a brick-and-mortar location in Long Beach in early 2024. Owner Kym Estrada started the bakery in New York in 2017 to share her vegan Filipino recipes and advocate for animals. The bakery gained popularity in Los Angeles through pop-ups, attracting customers with dishes like Pandan Buko Pop-Tarts and Ube Buns.

The storefront will feature customer favorites and eventually expand to offer savory breakfast pastries, grab-and-go kakanin, and weekly specials. For Estrada, San & Wolves Bakeshop is a way to highlight her Filipino culture and honor her family’s sacrifices as immigrants.
