San Francisco’s Rocketbird Just Launched a Vegan-Friendly Fish Burger

San Francisco's Rocketbird has launched a new vegan-friendly fish burger in partnership with Good Catch Foods, offering a plant-based take on a classic seafood favorite. The Sea Bird burger is made with Good Catch Foods' Plant-Based Fish Burger, pickled red onions, lettuce, avocado, and tartar sauce on a potato bun. To make it completely vegan, customers can order it without the tartar sauce and as a lettuce wrap due to the bun containing animal products.

This collaboration aims to provide a sustainable and environmentally friendly alternative to seafood while catering to flexitarians, vegetarians, and vegans. Rocketbird will also donate a meal to the San Francisco-Marin Food Bank for every Sea Bird burger purchased. In addition to the vegan fish burger, Rocketbird offers a variety of other vegan options such as Vegan Mac & Cheese, Crispy Maitake Mushroom Strips, and salads with vegan dressing choices.
