Verón, a new vegan macaron shop, is set to open in Downtown LA this Friday, April 7. Founded by Shera Fournier, Verón has gained popularity for offering vegan and gluten-free French macarons that are crafted without harming animals. The shop will feature their signature 18 macaron flavors, along with multi-tier macaron cakes, seasonal desserts, and a full coffee and tea program.

What sets Verón apart is their commitment to using ingredients free of gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, corn, palm oil, and artificial colors and flavors. Their macarons are made with organic almond flour, sugar, tapioca, and a vegetable-based egg replacer, colored naturally with plant-based sources, and filled with a housemade shortening made of grape seed oil and cocoa butter. The grand opening of Verón's new storefront promises free prizes for early customers, with gift bags for the first 50 visitors and a free gift with purchase for the first 100.
