Emma Leigh Hernan, star of Netflix's Selling Sunset, has launched a frozen vegan empanada brand called Emma Leigh & Co. The plant-based frozen food company offers two vegan empanada options, both featuring Beyond Meat vegan crumbles. Hernan, a third-generation food manufacturer, was inspired to create her own food line after experimenting with plant-based recipes at home in California, aiming to make plant-based frozen products more accessible and promote health and wellness.

The vegan empanadas, available in Mini Beef and Sausage Pizza varieties, are stuffed with Beyond Beef plant-based crumbles, offering a juicy, meaty taste and texture without sacrificing on quality. The products are currently available at various supermarkets and will soon be sold online at EmmaLeighCo.com.
