Slutty Vegan Scores Las Vegas Residency

Pepsi Dig In has brought six renowned restaurants, including Slutty Vegan, to Las Vegas for a limited-time residency at MGM Resorts. Starting September 21, guests at Mandalay Bay Resort and Casino and Luxor Hotel & Casino can enjoy exclusive menu items, including the cult-favorite Fussy Hussy plant-based burger from Slutty Vegan. Pinky Cole Hayes, the founder of Slutty Vegan, is honored to bring her iconic burger to Las Vegas for the first time as part of this special event.

The Restaurant Royalty Residency aims to uplift underserved restaurants by giving them a spotlight on the Las Vegas Strip and nationwide visibility. This initiative, now in its third year, is a collaboration between Pepsi Dig In and MGM Resorts to showcase unique flavors and dishes, enhanced with Pepsi products. The residency runs until February 7, 2025, offering a rotating lineup of mouth-watering dishes and specialty cocktails for diners from around the world to savor.
