Sodexo and PBFA Conclude Nationwide Plant-Based Sampling Tour Across US College Campuses

The Plant Based Foods Association (PBFA) and Sodexo Campus recently concluded a nationwide plant-based food sampling tour across eight university campuses during Earth Week. The event allowed over 1,500 students to sample plant-based offerings from popular brands like Impossible Foods, JUST Egg, and MorningStar Farms, highlighting sustainable and flavorful dining options available to college students. This initiative is part of Sodexo's commitment to incorporating more plant-based meals into its campus dining services, with a goal of having 33% of menu offerings be plant-based by the end of 2025.

The collaboration between PBFA and Sodexo Campus aims to educate students about the benefits of plant-based eating and increase the visibility of plant-based food options on campuses.
