Solar Foods and Sensapure Develop Protein Products Featuring Air-Derived Solein

Solar Foods has partnered with Sensapure Flavors to develop new protein products featuring Solein for the US market. These products, including shakes and drinks, are designed for consumers with high protein consumption in the US. The collaboration aims to showcase Solein's versatility in various flavor profiles, catering to active individuals and those with specific nutritional needs.

The new products include Solein Shake in Chocolate and Cinnamon Roll flavors, with 20g of protein per 10 fl oz, and Solein Protein Drink in Chai and Velvet Lemon flavors, with 32g of protein per 12 fl oz. Solein offers nutritional advantages over traditional protein sources like whey or pea, providing all nine essential amino acids and BCAAs, along with iron and vitamin B12. Sensapure sees the collaboration as an opportunity to work with a unique ingredient that offers excellent nutritional value and a minimal environmental footprint, with a neutral taste that can be utilized to create a wide range of appealing flavors.
