Spanish fast-casual chain PLANT SHACK is expanding into the UK with its first location in London. Founded in 2019 by Sarah and Lee Brogden, PLANT SHACK offers juices, smoothie bowls, coffee, and grab-and-go options across six locations in Spain. The franchise deal with entrepreneur Michael Vosc will bring the plant-based concept to a new market with plans for further expansion in the UK and internationally.

The move comes at a time when vegan and vegetarian orders in UK quick-service restaurants are on the rise, reflecting a growing preference for plant-based options.
