Sproud Launches Sugar-Free Barista Milk Made From Peas

Swedish company Sproud has introduced a new product called Barista ZERO, a sugar-free barista grade milk alternative made from yellow split peas. The milk has a smooth, creamy texture without any added sugars or sweeteners, and is fortified with calcium and vitamins D, B2, and B12. Sproud launched the Barista ZERO at the European Coffee Symposium in Berlin and has received positive feedback for its foamable qualities, making it ideal for both professional and home baristas.
