Stockeld Dreamery’s Dairy-Free Cream Cheese Spreads Into NYC’s Iconic Ess-a-Bagel

This collaboration marks Ess-a-Bagel’s first venture into plant-based sandwiches in its 47-year history. The cream cheese is crafted using fermented chickpeas and lentils, along with ingredients like coconut oil and spices, providing a vegan alternative to traditional dairy cream cheese.

Stockeld Dreamery’s cream cheese has already gained popularity at other New York City establishments and will soon be launching at more locations, including Zaro’s Family Bakery. The company’s innovative cheese project was made possible by a successful funding round in 2021, allowing for the accelerated expansion of its team and product portfolio.
