Students at Bristol University and Imperial College London have voted in support of transitioning to fully plant-based catering on campus, following campaigning by the Plant Based Universities group. Similar votes have been held at universities such as Cambridge, Newcastle, and University College London, with 13 other UK, Netherlands, and Austria students also backing the move to 100 percent vegan menus.
