Sweetfin Introduces Its First-Ever Plant-Based Bento Box with Actress Liza Koshy

Sweetfin is introducing its first-ever plant-based bento box in collaboration with actress Liza Koshy and Postmates. The Liza Koshy’s Plant-Based Sweetbox includes four dishes that are vegan, gluten-free, and fresh—Signature Ponzu Lime Sweet Potato Poke, Shiitake Chili Tofu, Chili Garlic Forbidden Rice Noodles, and Homemade Taro Chips dusted in wasabi furikake. The launch coincides with the premiere of the third season of Liza Koshy’s scripted comedy series “Liza on Demand” on YouTube.

The vegan bento box will be available at all Sweetfin locations starting on October 13, with the option to order through Postmates. A portion of the proceeds from every order during the five-day launch period will be donated to the UN refugee agency, USA for UNHCR. Additionally, Sweetfin offers other permanent vegan options on its menu, including Miso Eggplant & Mushroom, Sweet Potato Ponzu Lime, and Shiitake Chile Tofu bowls, as well as customizable vegan bases, sauces, and toppings.
