Sydney to Host AltProteins 25, Featuring Top Experts on Alternative Proteins and Food Innovation

AltProteins 25, Australia's premier conference on alternative proteins and food innovation, will be held on October 14, 2025, at the Sofitel Wentworth in Sydney. The event will feature a diverse lineup of local and international experts from various sectors, including climate, policy, biotechnology, and food innovation. The theme, "From Ideas to Impact," underscores the conference's focus on addressing global food system challenges and exploring the opportunities presented by alternative proteins.
