Take-and-Bake Vegan Mac & Cheese Trays Launch at Select Costco Locations

Costco will offer take-and-bake trays of vegan jalapeno Mac & Yease at 30 locations in California and Hawaii starting in May. Created by Chef Ayinde Howell, this plant-based recipe is a tribute to his great grandmother's traditional macaroni dish. The vegan mac is made with non-dairy milks, cruelty-free cheeses, and fresh jalapenos, providing a protein-rich and indulgent meal option.

The 32oz creamy casserole will be available in the prepared foods section of participating Costco stores. While the original Mac & Yease was sold at Whole Foods in 2018, Costco will be the first to offer the updated version.
