UK-based dairy-free dessert brand The Coconut Collab has expanded its range with a new product, Pistachio Pots. Inspired by the trend for Dubai chocolate and pistachio-flavoured products, the dessert consists of a sweet and savoury ganache made from coconut milk. It is gluten-free, palm oil-free, and does not contain artificial colours or sweeteners, with each serving having just 118 calories. This new launch follows the success of The Coconut Collab’s Choc Pots and the addition of White Choc Pots to the range in the previous year.

The Coconut Collab, claimed to be the only UK dairy-free dessert brand currently experiencing growth, recently received £1.5 million in Series B funding to help it transition from a startup to a scaling phase. The company's founder, James Averdieck, stated that the new pistachio launch is an example of trend-led innovation and the right product at the right time. The Pistachio Pots are currently available at Morrisons and Ocado with plans for further launches next month.
