Huvepharma's subsidiary, Biovet AD, will scale output at fermentation sites in Bulgaria, leveraging its infrastructure to meet the growing demand driven by national retail placement in major stores and increased e-commerce and foodservice customers. OvoPro is a shelf-stable alternative to conventional egg products that replicates their properties in various applications.
