There’s a New Vegan Burger Bar Opening in Minneapolis Next Week

Francis, a popular vegan burger pop-up in Minneapolis, is opening its first brick-and-mortar location on January 9 in Northeast Minneapolis. Known for its delicious burgers, loaded fries, and housemade sauces, Francis has been operating out of a mobile kitchen at Sociable Cider Werks since 2021. The new location will also feature a fully vegan bar, making it the only 100% vegan bar in the Twin Cities.

The owners of Francis aim to maintain the brand's community focus in this new phase, creating a welcoming neighborhood spot that happens to be vegan. Currently in its soft opening phase, Francis will offer limited hours and take-out before hosting its grand opening on January 9. Located at 2422 NE Central Avenue, Minneapolis, MN 55418, Francis is poised to become a go-to destination for vegan burgers and drinks in the city.
