There's a New Vegan Sushi Restaurant in Long Beach

Vegan Castle is a new vegan sushi restaurant in Long Beach founded by experienced sushi chef Tony Do, who previously worked at Kenshō Vegan Sushi. After gaining valuable experience, Do decided to open his own restaurant to offer fresh and flavorful sushi to vegans and non-vegans alike. The menu at Vegan Castle includes classic sushi rolls, as well as innovative dishes like crispy fish tacos and spicy tuna on crispy rice. Do plans to expand the menu with soups and burgers in the future, and customers can also order an omakase, letting the chef choose their meal.

The Long Beach vegan food scene has been growing, and Vegan Castle adds to the list of must-visit restaurants for sushi lovers. The restaurant had its soft opening on July 1st and is now open daily from 12-9pm, except Wednesdays. Located at 2400 Santa Fe Avenue, Long Beach, CA 90810, Vegan Castle aims to create a menu that both vegans and non-vegans will enjoy, possibly even turning the latter into lovers of plant-based cuisine.
