This Instagrammer Just Opened a Completely Vegan Tiramisu Shop. And It's Amazing.

British vegan chef Giuseppe Federici has opened London's first vegan tiramisu shop, offering a variety of flavors including pistachio, Biscoff, and Nutella. After experiencing success with a vegan pop-up earlier this year, Federici decided to focus exclusively on his signature dessert at a three-month residency in Shoreditch. Despite the challenge of veganizing traditional tiramisu ingredients, Federici has perfected the recipe, attracting customers who previously claimed to not enjoy the dessert.

London's thriving vegan food scene continues to grow, with 65 vegan and vegetarian restaurants and over 700 vegan-friendly eateries. Federici hopes to expand Giuseppe's Tiramisu to other parts of London in the future, aiming to spread the message that plant-based desserts can be just as delicious as their traditional counterparts. The shop, located at Boxpark Shoreditch, is open Tuesday to Sunday and has received positive feedback for its perfect balance of sweetness and texture in each tiramisu flavor.
