THIS Launches Seasonal Chestnut, Mushroom and Caramelised Onion Nut Roast

UK plant-based food brand THIS is launching a new seasonal option for the festive season, the Chestnut, Mushroom, and Caramelised Onion Nut Roast. Available exclusively at Tesco starting on December 8 for three weeks, the nut roast is made from chestnuts, mushrooms, parsnips, seeds, and caramelised red onion chutney. High in fiber and suitable for freezing, it can be cooked directly in the tray for added convenience.

THIS has been expanding its offerings beyond meat-style foods into whole food plant-based options, such as their Super Superfood line and chickpea tofu. The brand's CEO, Mark Cuddigan, expressed excitement about the new nut roast, stating that it should be the highlight of any holiday dinner table this year.
