THIS to Launch Hyper-Realistic Plant-Based Chicken Kyiv & Wings for Veganuary

UK plant-based meat brand THIS is launching two new hyper-realistic meat alternatives for Veganuary: THIS™ Isn’t Chicken Kyiv and THIS™ Isn’t Chicken Wings. The Kyiv, made from soy and fava protein, is stuffed with plant-based wild garlic butter and coated in sourdough breadcrumbs. It will be available at Sainsbury’s starting January 1. The chicken wings, high in protein and fibre, have a seaweed-based crispy skin and will launch in the freezer aisle at Morrisons on January 13.
THIS is experiencing growth in the plant-based market and recently raised £20 million in funding to expand its product range.
