This Vegan Ice Cream Shop Is Going 'Rugrats'-Themed, and We're Obsessed

Ice Queen, a vegan ice cream shop in Portland, is introducing a Rugrats-themed menu in August. The menu includes four cartoon-inspired treats like the Princess Angelica soft-serve swirl with pink-colored white chocolate sauce and gluten-free chocolate chip cookie pieces, as well as the Scaredy Sundae featuring vanilla soft serve with orange lemon candy sauce and popping boba. The Reptar Cereal Shake and Tomás Pickles are also part of the special menu, catering to fans of the beloved Nickelodeon show.

Known for its vegan paletas and soft serve, Ice Queen was voted the best ice cream shop in America in the 2023 VegNews Restaurant Awards.
