UK tempeh brand Tiba Tempeh is introducing Protein Bites to the chilled snacking market, aiming to offer a convenient, high-protein, high-fiber snack made from natural ingredients. The product, available in Roasted and Southern Style flavors, is made from whole-bean tempeh and comes in two formats: a 60g grab-and-go pack and a 45g food-to-go pack, set to launch at major retailers in May 2026.

Tiba Tempeh positions Protein Bites as a unique offering in the UK market, highlighting its high protein content, fiber, and 100% natural formulation. With 20g of protein per 100g, the bites are also promoted as gut-friendly, low in saturated fat, and a source of calcium and iron. The brand aims to target a broader consumer base beyond vegans and vegetarians, including fitness-focused individuals, families, and those using GLP-1 weight-loss medications who seek nutrient-dense snacks that support their health goals.
