tilk! Face Cream Pairs Two ÄIO Fermentation Lipids as Product Reaches Beauty Awards Shortlist

Estonian natural cosmetics brand tilk! has launched a new Skin Booster Face Cream using fermentation-derived lipids from biotechnology company ÄIO. The cream combines ÄIO’s RedOil and ZymaLipid Complex with bakuchiol and a blend of oils. The formulation was shortlisted for the European Natural Beauty Awards 2026, validating the use of biotechnology-derived lipids in natural cosmetics.

The partnership between tilk! and ÄIO predates the ingredients themselves, with their first joint product, a Skin Booster Serum, selling out within a week of its launch. ÄIO now offers three fermentation-derived cosmetic ingredients, all COSMOS certified and vegan.
