Tofoo Releases First Seitan Products To Supermarket Shelves

Tofoo, a vegan protein brand, has teamed up with plant-based restaurant Temple of Seitan to release its first ever seitan products. The new offerings will include Original Seitan, a chicken-flavored block, and Pepperoni Seitan, a smoky and spicy pepperoni alternative. These products will be priced at £2.50 and will be available in selected Waitrose and Tesco stores starting in May. Seitan is a protein made from wheat gluten, popular for its chewy texture and ability to absorb flavors.
