French plant-based brand La Vie has launched its first tofu products in the UK, with Tofu Pan Fry Teriyaki and Tofu Nuggets now available at Tesco and Ocado. The teriyaki product includes pre-diced tofu cubes with a ready-to-use glaze, while the nuggets have a cornflake crumb coating. Both products contain high levels of protein and are ready in just seven minutes.

La Vie aims to challenge traditional perceptions of tofu by offering familiar chicken-inspired products that are easy to cook and delicious. The brand is targeting flexitarians who may be hesitant to try tofu, offering a range of meal options and promoting the products with an influencer and creator program.
