Taco Bell has launched a $2.49 veganizable mini taco salad that can easily be customized to be vegan by swapping out the meat for beans or potatoes and asking for it Fresco-style. Trader Joe's has introduced a vegan version of Outback Steakhouse's popular Bloomin' Onion called Onion Flowers, providing a plant-based alternative that is quick and affordable at $5.49.

Emirates is looking ahead to 2027 with plans to revamp its vegan menu, focusing on whole-food ingredients like legumes, grains, nuts, seeds, and seasonal vegetables rather than plant-based meats. Plant Power Fast Food is celebrating its 10th anniversary with new menu items, including a Crunchwrap dupe and a potato-stuffed breakfast burrito.
