Two Black Women Chefs to Compete on Vegan Episode of Beat Bobby Flay This Month

Tamearra Dyson, owner of Souley Vegan, specializes in vegan Louisiana creole food. Adyre Mason, owner of The Veggie, runs the largest all-vegan full-service restaurant in Huntsville, Alabama. Both chefs left stable careers to pursue their passion for cooking, and they are eager to showcase their skills on a national stage.
