UK Plant-Based Brand Grubby Brings Back Allplants’s Frozen Ready Meals

UK plant-based brand Grubby has reintroduced the frozen ready meal range of Allplants, which it acquired earlier this year. The line consists of nine products that are high in protein, fiber, and plant diversity, reflecting the UK's growing interest in whole-food options and the '30 plants a week' movement. The meals are a recreation of the original Allplants recipes with a fresh packaging design.

Grubby's founder and CEO, Martin Holden-White, expressed excitement over delivering on their promise to bring back the beloved Allplants products. The meals, which include options like cashew mac and greens and tofu saag curry, are targeted towards busy, health-conscious urban professionals and can be cooked quickly in the microwave, oven, or pan. Grubby plans to expand its frozen meal offerings and aims to break even by 2026, while also facing competition from Plants on Allplants revival in the market.
